What qualifies for a refund?

We refund only defective products. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Size or Color Issues: Ensure you have selected the correct size and color before placing your order.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Delays?

For customers in the US, your order will be produced and shipped by a US-based supplier. For our international customers, particularly those in Europe, we aim to route your order to a nearby supplier to minimize shipping time. However, this is subject to availability. If an exact match of your product is not available from our European suppliers, we will not be able to route your order locally. In such cases, European customers may experience a shipping time of 10 to 30 days from our other suppliers.
